      Pros

Great work environment in regards to barista employees.

      Cons

Trouble with applying with deed poll name during employment. Company has taken advantage of the pandemic to reduce rota notice from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. This proves hard to plan your life around as regardless of your part time or full time contract as your hours are assigned to you at the whim of management without the back and fourth communication you'd expect from an employer. Also Costa has got rid of supervisor/assistant manager roles, reducing the means of earning more than the near minimum wage they provide.
