How can a company ask anyone to work without knowing what they are making per run.? Courier connection is a joke. In the transportation industry - Hot Shots (courier work) pays more than shipping via Fed Ex or UPS however my husband worked there and made a 300+ mile trip and made 125.21 of which they took 50% of... He paid more in fuel. You will never be able to pay your bills working for this company. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau - Actually I think I will do that.....

For starters, the vice president has an ego the size of Putin's Russia. A little less Lomax, a little more employees. The pay is lousy by industry standards, inside the office and on the road. Independent contractors are getting less than 50% of the "book rate" regardless of what is being advertised. Look past the gloss before you hire on. Shirts and ties are mandatory, as if it's some big corporate law firm. Employees are degraded by management for requesting time off for doctor appointments, let alone paid vacations. A very unpleasant place to work.
