      Agree with other reviews about politics/nepotism Easy-going culture is good to have in some areas. In others, e.g. systems, processes, and technology, arguably it ain't so great You may get frustrated where the above points intersect, for example, if trying to bring new ideas, which can turn into a viscious circle
