I worked at Coyote Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Casual dress, young/fun coworkers, and great stepping stone to get to a job that you actually want. If you are actually interested in logistics, then this job will be great for you. If you are just looking for a job after college, I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere. They say this job is a sales role, but it certainly is not; It's ultimately just a matching game. There is uncapped commission, however it is quite difficult to hit your quota in order to make any commission. You do get out what you put in, but I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. You have no idea what you're about to get into.. but I would do extensive research on the logistics industry before coming to work here.

    Cons

LONG HOURS, you will be working more than 50 hours every week with no overtime pay. You will be asked to come in early and stay late. Your coworkers will lift you up, but ultimately management focuses on the negatives more than the positives. If you are looking for even a sliver of work/life balance in your job, this is NOT it. Base salary is decent, but keep in mind you are working more than 50 hours a week, so when you divide it all out its a pretty mediocre salary. Everyone who works here absolutely hates it. The only good thing that's come out of this job is the opportunities that will come from going through it. It looks good on the resume but it truly isn't worth it, please look elsewhere and highly consider other options before working here.

I worked at Coyote Logistics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great Management. Opportunity is there to hit commission early based on work ethic.

    Cons

Commission is very dependent on the fluctuations within the industry market. Somewhat of a Frat Culture, that puts internal relationship ahead of sales performance.
