Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Cravath Swaine full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Prestige, good brand name. Good at selling themselves.
Cons
The leadership is fragmented and the partners themselves throw each other under the bus in political fights. The political division at the leadership creates an unstable work environment for everyone top down. The same kind of behavior can be seen in associates too. The firm itself tolerates a lot of unethical behavior that gets swept under the rug. This kind of toxicity is difficult to sustain, and yet constitutional.
