Small company with a small company feel. Feels like family owned company because that's what it is. If you like dogs there a few running around all day long which make it great, just like your working from home.
Cons
The business has reached its maximum growth as the market is saturated with Mac professional services vendors in Orange and San Diego counties. There is litle hope to find net new accounts at this position. CRTG talkes on 4-6 new accounts a year and then loses 2-4 accounts a year due to price gouging its clients and and over rigid account management. Management moto -"The customer doesn't know what they want, that is why they hire us. We tell them what they need and how much they can afford, were the experts-not the client" Sales positions have suffocated and died out every time for the past four years -Good luck The owner is an Engineer and has little to no experience with the sales cycle. Unfortunately he is responsible for the sales, engineering,marketing, billing and HR departments. Some people really like the family feel of a really small company so this maybe the place for you.
