      Some amazing staff I have worked with some amazing service users. I learned alot Good training

      Pay issues! Depending on where you work - higher management. Some staff teams are very clique!

      Service users and family members

      Cons

      Short staffed, no planning for staff annual leave or staff sickness, expectation for existing staff to work long hours to cover with no recognition and wanting more. Enhanced pay would attract more experienced staff and staying in the role for longer.

      Some hands on management, decent colleagues & service users. Other than that none

      Cons

      After 10 years of service you get £100!!!!! That’s says it all really. Low wages, no respect for staff that have worked for company more than 10 years. Driven for profit, senior management not supportive at all - Gateshead.

      Absolutely disgusting company who do not care about their staff Bullying within the work place is allowed to go on and unpunished Services are run for staff and not service users Staff sit all day gossiping about other staff and service users Never worked for such a disgusting company in my life
