--- Recruiting leadership is extremely unprofessional taking phone screens from the tunnel with no reception and being late to all the phone interviews. There is lack of confidentiality of discussing employee's compensation. There were multiple cases where they openly talked about how much certain roles make in front of the entire company.
--- Playing favorites with employees who worked there for a while making new comers feel uncomfortable.
--- Software engineering leadership is unqualified to lead the team as it constantly misses their own deadlines. Due to inexperienced leadership team members feel like they are not growing in their career.
--- Unevenly distributed work load making majority of people feel burnt out.
Great idea, poor execution. The restaurant is still working only 3 days a week for lunch service only. You'd think they'd figure something out by now.
