I have been working at Credit Suisse

    Pros

Good Work ethics. Friendly people. Challenging environment. Amazing place to work for. Co-operative teams. Great work life balance.great place to work.

    Cons

Sometimes the managers do not quite understand an employee’s contribution well which leads to some employee dissatisfaction. On the other hand an employee has to be proactive to ensure the manager completely understands his/her contribution

I worked at Credit Suisse full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good people. Flexible work culture. Diversity and inclusion is taken seriously. Good place to begin a career especially for grads. The environment is stable.

    Cons

Low salary and compensation, especially for support staff. Promotion is like winning the lottery, so while it's a good place to begin a career it's not the place to build a career. Staff morale is currently low especially in the London office given the continuous waves of redundancies.
