I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very international. Generally nice colleagues. Going home after 7pm is the exception.

    Cons

If you have any kind of issue be prepared to fight the corporate machine. In the Credit Suisse world Zurich is wearing the pants and other location might get neglected from time to time. But I guess this is similar in other large companies.

Not really sure if the company as a whole is on its way forward.
