    Good people, good intentions from corporate strategy

    Cons

    Its a shame they don't use apprentices. Tend to take grads only (as far as I know). They would get much cheaper & different employees through apprenticeship

    Now that the right sizing on campus is done and you have the staff you want to keep, pay them what they’re worth or they will leave.

    in Australia there was a great focus on cost-cutting at the cost of quality. Long hours with minimal reward. no focus on culture or work life balance.
