Pros
Good consistency when business is contracted for the season. Terrible, when it is not. Equipment was available for use.
Cons
Unreasonable expectations. A lot of last minute demands and long hours due to labor issues. Jayson is a bit of a narcissist and ranting about radical politics, but hey...sometimes you gotta deal with stuff for work.
