Pros
You have access to borrow all photography equipment and the employees are great to work with and are all hard workers.
Cons
The weight of a drowning business rests on your shoulders so there is a lot of extra pressure to succeed. Everything is completely unorganized from the jobs that are expected of you to new gimmicks that they try to help the company make more money. Nothing is ever thought out or successful. When trying to help create ideas to better the company, there is no follow through because egos are very large. There is no HR and should be because I have personally been told inappropriate things by the president of the company and have witnessed many racist and masogonyst comments to other employees and customers. You will be manipulated to do what he wants or "you won't get it" and will tell you that even though you don't get your promised bonuses that you work for him because "you love photography". He will make excuses not to pay you what you've earned. He has personally promised me and other employees many raises and none of us have seen them.
