Where do I even start ? Extremely high turn over rate. Completely disorganized. You will work under back stabbing two faced idiots. Will set you up to fail.

Non existent training. You are expected to just figure it out Higher ups do whatever they feel like and lower employees get to deal with the fallout Higher ups will take credit for anything that goes well and immediately throw lower employees under the bus if anything goes wrong You are expected to dedicate your entire life to the job or you are seen as a liability HR will back up management even if they are doing something unethical/illegal If higher ups don't like you they will actively make your life hell so you'll quit Your life or opinion are not taken into account in any decisions. You are told to suck it up or use a PTO Day if you have your schedule changed last minute and it affects something already planned Misleading and vague hiring process Almost every stereotype you can think of a toxic company they check that box
