The U.S. sales, logistics, and support teams at CropX are exceptional and easily the strongest part of the company, These teams are highly capable, dedicated, and some of the best people I have worked with in my career, My immediate manager was one of the kindest and most supportive leaders I’ve encountered, the day-to-day collaboration within the U.S. team was a bright spot

High turnover and unstable production in Israel, Global leadership disconnected from U.S. ag realities, Performance evaluated only by call volume rankings, not day-to-day in-person support offered.
