Pros

One of my friend told me about this, I recommend Glassdoor to every-one please must visit and read company reviews before joining, and must check with the people who had worked or working, it will help you to take the decision. Pros: 1- They have good projects 2- Location is good easy to access 3- Office has nice interior and ideal for good productivity

Cons

1- In my opinion at the time of interview H.R should say to new joiner that you have to give more than 14 hours a day (No Overtime). H.R. please don't lie to new joiners that it's 11 to 8. or we have flexible timing. In karachi city everyone knows cubix culture and timing issue 2- if you leave office on time CTO will stop you and give you warning don't leave office without informing him, because they don't have any PM process and call everyone on daily drill. seems you are in jail. what the hell is this? 3- They often say we have flexible timing, well let me put it this way they have stretchable timing, and H.R has no objection and never play any positive role in this, H.R is simply dump. 4- Cubix has management disaster, and life under CTO is hell no matter you are PM, T.L or dev, actually he is a psycho guy and has aggressive nature, I saw it and heard from others as well. 5- CTO has no manners at all, how to talk and more often give stress to his own devlopment team. 5- No overtime at all, they call you on holidays and give you a rice of plate (Biryani) to compensate the over time, what the hack is this. 6- Cubix has no work ethics, CEO can use abusive language if you argue or try to counter him just to keep your mouth shut. if you take stand then you will be terminated. simply one man show. 7- You will never get motivation but the stress and stress, and fear that they will terminate you and won't pay your salary, in Pakistan labor law is...... 8- Job is not secure, once project is live team will be fired doesn't matter you are permanent and have employment bond

Pros

Working at Cubix has its advantages. The team members are genuinely supportive and always willing to help each other. There’s a collaborative atmosphere where you can learn from your colleagues, which makes the work experience more enjoyable. The camaraderie among team members is definitely a highlight.

Cons

The cons at Cubix are severe and detrimental to the work experience. The HR department is shockingly incompetent, and management practices are plagued by excessive micromanagement. It’s evident that heads of departments care more about protecting their own jobs than supporting their teams. The toxic culture prioritizes appeasing upper management over genuine collaboration, making it a frustrating place to work. HR makes false promises during interviews, claiming that layoffs are a non-issue. In reality, layoffs occur without warning, and employees receive little to no acknowledgment of their hard work. This lack of respect is appalling. The company’s policies are not only inconsistent but also violate legal standards, particularly regarding salary deductions. One of the most infuriating aspects is the so-called "sandwich policy." If you take leave on a holiday or a government-recognized day, your salary can be deducted for the entire duration of your absence, including the holidays. This draconian approach adds unnecessary pressure and creates a hostile work environment, where employees feel penalized for taking legitimate time off. Overall, working at Cubix feels like navigating a minefield, where the only way to succeed is to ingratiate yourself with management rather than actually delivering quality work. If you value your well-being and professional growth, look elsewhere.
