Fast paced and opportunity to shape role

    Pros

A flat organisation which allows for departments to mix every day, and one that encourages ownership and development of your role. Fantastic work space and a very intelligent group of people make the days fly by and projects exciting. The executives are invested in the business success but also the individuals that make it run and its refreshing to have that support.

    Cons

Could have a stronger benefits package but it does seem to improve year on year.

    Pros

Working with smart, inspirational people Great name in the industry which attracts great PR Huge potential for further success Diversity of culture

    Cons

Speed of development could be improved but then again, in a fast paced and demanding environment everyone wants everything done yesterday! No different to any other ambitious FinTech start-up

    Pros

Interesting work and some smart people. Good place to be for either entry level or very senior roles, strong focus on internal mobility. Very flexible work from home arrangements.

    Cons

Heavy workload with many manual tasks, a lot of bottlenecks and no real training. Managers do not trust their staff and do not like to be challenged with new ideas. Very political and hierarchal, most promotions and redundancies based on whether you are friends with the manager. Good parts of culture lost with the shift to remote-first. Benefits are gimmicks.
