Learn about different aspects of the company organization. Good friendly and flexible environment.
Cons
Could not provide salary on time an pay in cash. There are no proper key managment persons. Sometimes too much friendly environment leads to lack of professionalism. Fail to provide the assets required. Lack of commitments.

They will talk nicely and act professional. HR will sugar quote everything and keep you in oblivion till eternity.
Cons
Hectic 9 hr x 6 Days Schedule. More than basic Labor Laws i.e. 48 hrs/week. No Appreciation even if you toil hard. Salaries Halted and Cash Payments without Payslips.
