I have been able to improve some of our testing flows over time. It is nice to have that level of ownership.

It can take time to get approval when suggesting bigger changes.

The only positive thing i can say is that they work remotely.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience at all, i do not recommend working for this company. This are the main reasons: - No organisation in terms of internal processes. - poor management - unreachable quotas - zero support to do your job

No Company Culture, No Work Ethic, No Collaboration, and No leadership skills in management. Do not want to listen customer feedback, don't commits to Employees' contract agreements, do-not wants to listen to staff issues, Management is a control freak ...basically the worst company to work here...
