Pros

I had worked for almost 2.5 years but was not able to find any pros in the company. Initially, when you are in your training period they will treat you like a family and will try to show a good and healthy work environment but once your time comes to give TET(trainee evaluation test) and to get converted to the full-time employee they will show you their true self where if you do not clear the test or they do not have any project work they will again put you under training for months and the next appraisal will also get delayed accordingly. If you leave the company in the training period when you are not their full-time employee still ask you to sign a 2.5 laks legal bond of 2 years plus training (they extend it conveniently as many times as they want).

Cons

There are so many cons in this organization that whenever the employee thinks that this is the lowest they can do they will go one step lower and will disappoint you again. They are so many unethical and unprofessional rules they have imposed like we had to log the hrs on a daily basis and if we forgot to do so due to any other workload they will mark us absent without even knowing the reason. They terminate the employee who tries to raise their voice against all this also if any employee resigns and was on the bench or they had personal issues with him then they force them to buy out the notice period and pay the bond amount instantly even if the employee wants to serve the notice period. They also put false allegations on the employee for misbehaving if he tries to talk to their HR for his rights and terminates them. the CEO does not have any professionalism he shouts in the office in front of everyone. Whole management is money oriented if you are not making money for them then you are of no use to them. They do not even behave well if the employee is no notice period. The HR department is the most toxic department of the company where all the politics starts, they do not reply to emails or messages they just sit and gossips in the office. All the partners and hire management behaves like a puppet and don't raise their voice against wrong. They only promote the employee who is following their rules or instructions blindly. Apart from partners each employee hates this company but they are working there because of some or the other obligations. They do not hire experienced people because do not want to pay much to their employees. They even fine 500 rs to their BAs if they forget to note the MOMs. They force everyone to work extra hrs but don't want to pay extra. In hiring they say they have flexible working hrs but mark the employee absent if he comes after 10 am or goes home before 7 pm. They don't allow WFH even if there is an emergency. The team leads also torcher the developers to work beyond working hrs and to work on multiple projects even if they don't have the bandwidth. There are a lot more cons but at last, I'll say if you care about your mental health please don't go in this company.

Hi Thanks for taking the time to review us. At Cyntexa, we don't treat individuals as employees, but integral members of our extended family whether they are full-time, trainee or an intern. We are dedicated to equipping every team member with exceptional training that prepares them to confidently navigate any challenges that lie ahead. We acknowledge that organizational rules and regulations are essential for ensuring smooth operations. Rather than adhering to a daily hour-tracking routine, we provide a flexible time frame for logging hours, promoting a balance between work and personal commitments. We understand that circumstances vary, especially concerning notice periods, which can be influenced by factors such as ongoing projects and knowledge transfer. One of our cornerstones is an annual appraisal cycle that applies uniformly to all individuals within our organization. Our team consists of individuals who are passionate about learning, growing, and achieving success together. We are committed to providing opportunities for freshers, as we firmly believe in their potential and are thrilled to witness their growth into proficient professionals. Our people enjoy flexible work hours, allowing them to come and go as they please, as long as they complete 8 hours of work on our office premises. Additionally, we have a paid leave system in place, allowing our people to request time off when needed and there have never been any questions or cancellations regarding their requests for paid leaves. Also, we have a flexible approach to work and understand the importance of accommodating emergencies that may arise. Our people have the option to work from home during such situations, ensuring that they can handle personal or unforeseen circumstances without compromising their work commitments. If you have any other feedback please let us know.

Pros

If you want to do the work and don't want to sit idle then no doubt this is a great company to work for.

Cons

Please clear out the things before joining like joining date and salary insights because they have shifted the joining dates after the training period and they take 2 Lac rs. blank date cheque from each employee before joining the organization.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review us. At Cyntexa, our team's well-being is of utmost importance to us, and we understand the significance of work-life balance. To ensure our employees have ample time to rejuvenate outside of work, we have implemented a flexible working hours policy along with a five-day working week for our full-time employees, trainees, and interns. We firmly believe that our people should have the freedom to take leave whenever they need it, and we have always upheld this principle without question. During our interview process, we believe in complete transparency and openly discuss all aspects, including the service agreement, with candidates. Our goal is to ensure that the candidates are comfortable with the terms, and if they are, we are delighted to welcome them to our team. "Trust & Mutual Respect" is at the core of our values at Cyntexa. We strive to create an environment where our team members feel more than just employees – they are part of an extended family. Building strong relationships based on love and respect is our priority, and we are committed to supporting each other through both the highs and lows of our journey together.
