I worked for Dialysis clinic for only 3 months, their preceptor had a chip on her shoulder and didn't want to train, when I confronted the manager about that, I was set up to be fired, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, management is awful!!!!

Work environment is toxic and turnover is high. Lots of negativity and criticism. Constant micromanaging. Very rare are positive words exchanged.
