Thank you for your feedback. DCS is listening and focused on improving employees' at work experience and have made many changes. We are sensitive to the importance of having downtime and have put policies in place over the last several years. This has included encouraging employees to talk with their manager if they need help with balancing the workload; management more closely analyzing incoming work and existing staffing to avoid over-committing the firm and implementing work planning software. Employees are not required to check their email in the evenings or weekends. DCS has an employee flexible work schedule. There is also an opportunity to work paid overtime. Non-exempt employees are paid time-and-1/2, and exempt straight time. The DCS average workweek is M-F, 8-5, and sometimes needs to flex so we can serve unanticipated requests from our clients. We apologize for any employees that have not been treated with respect. Disrespectful behavior has been addressed and will be addressed if needed again in the future.

We recognize that mistakes have been made in the past and we have worked hard to make changes so these do not occur again. The management team continues to grow. We have added tenured business and project management professionals who align with our core values: trust, integrity, service, teamwork, and quality. We are also building a strong mid-level leadership team from within as our business grows. Separating business and technical functions amongst the management team are improving workload balancing. We recognize work-life balance is important to sustaining our success. In addition, human resource responsibilities have been assigned to the new tenured business professionals to help remove any obstacles which might inhibit employees from discussing concerns and/or reporting a complaint.
