Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on Glassdoor. At DCSL, we strive to create an enjoyable work environment where people can grow. Our company culture plays a great part in this, and we believe a good work-life balance should be had by all. We are unable to comment fully on your list of cons without further, more specific, details, but will try to address these below. We have a number of processes in place within the company to ensure work is carried out to the best quality. From our agile development processes to our processes within the HR, Finance, Operations, Support and QA departments, we have processes and structure in place to ensure collaborative, efficient and effective working. We welcome discussions with employees regarding our processes and are always open to suggestions on how we can further improve these. Our HR policies are made widely available to all employees via our internal communications and are discussed with employees during their initial induction period. These policies are reviewed on a regular basis by HR and Management, and employees are informed of any updates. We have a robust Management team at DCSL, which is made up of people from a variety of different backgrounds and experience. All members of our Management team have a focus for quality and delivery, have an ‘open door’ policy and make themselves available to employees to discuss any concerns they may have. We are sorry to hear that you felt that there are no growth opportunities at DCSL. Our HR Team have created clear learning and development pathways for each of our positions within the company, and alongside our dedicated learning allowance and access to a technical e-learning platform, we encourage our employees to enhance and grow their skills at every opportunity. We have a number of employees, including the members of our Board, who have progressed within the company and we regularly promote from within. Employees have regular opportunities to discuss their career progression opportunities with their Line Manager, the HR Team or with the Development Manager, and are welcomed to apply for internal positions as and when they arise. Some restructuring has recently affected 2 individuals in the company, but the growth of the business continues at a strong rate. We have recently employed our 100th employee, which is an amazing milestone, and we continue to hire based on the ongoing success of the business. We take employee feedback seriously and are always looking at ways that we can improve. If you would like to give us some more information on some of your comments, we would be able to discuss this further at Management-level. Achieving and maintaining a good company culture and a friendly office atmosphere are very important to us, and we are happy to hear that you have experienced this during your time so far at DCSL, as well as the opportunities for learning and development and career progression.
