Pros

I have worked at DCSL for the last 3 years, as Software Developer, in a Multicultural and Open Environment. During this time I had the opportunity to work on multiple web projects with different scopes and responsibilities, some where public facing web applications and others business web applications. My preference is full stack web applications, additionally the company has mobile and IOT projects, so there is the opportunity to work in all this technologies and learn different skill sets. They encourage you to do certifications and qualifications, is a good way to improve knowledge and professional progression. DCSL offers a great working environment, the team spirit is awesome, and whatever the project, there is always room for personal growth and skill development. Every member of the team is valuable and valued, so it's definitely the right place to build interest in common goals.

Cons

The communication and information between the responsibility levels can be challenging, things can get a little bit chaotic close to deadlines. Training is recommend to be done during personal time.

Pros

I worked as QA test analyst for almost 2 years in DCSL, and learned quite a lot. As a tester , you will get opportunity to perform all sorts of testing and you learn a lot. There are very talented and experienced developers and architects which always help you to grow. All employees are great and I had lots of fun with learning while working. One more thing, as you get opportunity to work on different projects, you get chance to explore various sectors, which makes working in dcsl interesting. Apart from that, some ppl have great sense of humour, which refresh you. Company culture is also very good. Overall I can say, its great company to work with.

Pros

I worked in DCSL for eighteen months and I can tell that DCSL is an amazing company to be in. I felt really welcome since my first step into their office and since that moment I spent my time working with brilliant people. Like family members they embraced me and were always ready to help. They are open minded talented people from different ethnicities and backgrounds that are ready to share and receive knowledge. This turns their working environment into a dynamic and exciting place to be in. Another good thing is the way they work, their well-defined development process and high level of technical skills. They have it all and they know how to put it together to produce high quality software. Their team is composed by brilliant professionals and developers, many of which are Microsoft certified. This is something that automatically puts a newcomer upwards. You can feel like you are part of a high-level group of people as soon as you join. Nick is a true leader and he has clear goals in mind. The great thing about it is that he shares his vision with the team and that explains why the company is growing so fast and in a very organised way. DCSL was one of the best professional and personal experiences I had and if you are looking for something that could enrich your career in both human and technical aspects, you should definitely try to be part of DCSL’s team.

Cons

I cannot mention a single one. Maybe for those who don’t like dynamic, intensive and rich environments, DCSL wouldn’t be a match.

Pros

There isn't any except if you count having a job that pays a salary as a Pro.

Cons

1) High employee turnaround, you will get sacked on the first chance if there isn't a project for you to work on. Developers are seen as expendable in this company. 2) New developers get 0 hours of training yet they expect them to be productive from day 1. 3) Probation period is 6 months and it usually gets extended without any performance evaluation and feedback about your progress in the meantime. 4) Product managers are called "Architects" in this company and most of them haven't wrote a line of code from 2008 yet are making estimations without consulting with the dev team. 5) All projects start from the same template which by an architectural standpoint is terrible and the codebase is a mess. No one tries to write good code, they just rush into completing their tasks as there is no time to write good code and no one will appreciate it. 6) Working from home is frowned upon. 7) Be careful not to get sick very often as the Managing director will start sending his comical emails again urging you to rethink before taking a sick day. 8) Unfriendly people and the Managing director is one of the most obnoxious people i have met.
