I have been working at DFS Furniture part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Bonuses, discounts, two annual pay rises

    Cons

Over worked, not appreciated, short staffed to breaking point, the people who should care, don't, doing the workload of several people because they won't replace those who have left, they just pile of the extra workload, with no support or proper training for the additional jobs expected to be carried out

    Advice to Management

Employ more people, stop stretching your staff so thin, when you say you care and are there to help and support people any way you can then actually act on it,
