      Pros

      If your lucky, your colleagues

      Cons

      - Your expected to work all the hours under the sun and getting paid over time isn’t a thing - Management to a lot of telling and no listening - All staff are treated differently - Its a nightmare to try and book holidays as you can’t have more than 1 sales off at the same time and they have ‘red days’ in the calendar which you can’t book off unless your management or in the managers good books I could go on…..

      Don’t do it to yourself

      Pros

You may be lucky and get some decent colleagues, otherwise, nothing.

      Cons

A business that has its product in roughly 33% of homes, but seemingly then just decided the only thing it wanted to treat worse than it’s customers was it’s employees! Brutal, unforgiving and unrewarding hours, you’re expected to come in early, stay late, and god forbid you expect to take your lunch break, or worse so that you want to book some holiday! The commission is great…on paper , but as soon as someone else along the line forgets to include a pillow, your commission is the first thing they cut. Don’t do it, your mental health, personal relationships, free time and will to live will vanish quicker than the orders of all the customers who come in and scream at you everyday because customer service won’t pick up the phone.
