    Welcoming staff, adequate training given, valued for the work you do, very good salary

    Cons

    Managers fearful of competition between staff, managers don't like staff going beyond their set responsibilities to help customers, was not paid for work until nearly a month after contract ending

    Decent work for a student and easy to fit around university life.

    Cons

    Not always reliable work. There is usually a lot of work around new year, easter, and other busy sales periods, but not much the rest of the year.
