      Nice and supportive environment to grow professionally in a productive and fun atmosphere

      Pros

      People are genuinely nice and supportive, in my team, but also with all other teams i collaborated. All Hands and other meetings are never boring, the memes are an important part of our meeting culture. Management(CoFa one, not DKB) is very approachable, always ask for feedback and actually try to improve, really appreciate this part. The benefits are quite good i would say, learning budget, language courses, team events, CoFa events, etc. Life-Work balance is very good!! I appreciate the company's culture of knowledge sharing, promoted through various technical and non-technical workshops and meetings. Flexible working hours, nice office if you want to work from the office. Fair compensation

      Cons

      The mothership Bank is unfortunately sometimes slowing us down, and adding extra bottle necks. Infrastructure setup is also a pain point sometimes, but its getting better.
