      Illegal salary reduction, low salary, non-compete clause

      Only positive was that the I worked directly at the client and I was a part of their teams

      Cons

      No bonus, lower than average salaries, no salary yearly review as only a very small percentage of employees can rank higher than average and can receive a salary raise, lower than average car and other policies. They force you to sign a (illegal in Belgium) non-compete clause so you in practice can’t apply for a similar job position at any competitor. I of course understand all businesses were affected by COVID-19, but this company forced an illegal salary reduction on their employees (again illegal in Belgium) without looking at the options given by the Belgian government (technical unemployment,...). They do not work ethically and do not care about their employees

      Good starter job for clinical research study management

      Pros

      Working from home; flexible schedule; exposure to managing clinical teams in North America and Asia PAC; good place to learn the basics of trial management.

      Cons

      Significantly high turnover, so little chance to learn from peers. Little sense of community within FSP or between Sponsor and FSP. No bonus structure.
