      Pros

      You are embedded within large pharma and feel like you are really part of the study team even though you are a contractor. You get full-time W-2 benefits that are comparable to a lot of pharma companies. I felt like my salary was competitive with similar positions in the industry.

      Cons

      Since you are a contractor within another organization there isn't much room for advancement . In addition, your manager at Docs does not know much about the client you are working at or the policies so they are at a loss to assist with client specific issues. Hired at the top of my pay range so when raises came around it I received only a 1% raise with an exceeds expectations rating.
