Great place to work, the environment is relaxing and co-workers are friendly. You get to work with newer technology in a collaborative setting with structured teams of business analysts, developers, testers, and support reps.
Cons
Management is quick to lost focus and lacks long term planning. The low salary you start with is also the salary you finish with. There are no performance reviews, career planning or progression. When you start your job here, you should also start planning your exit. You can only survive 4 - 5 years here, each year you have to reduce your families standard of living.
