      Pros

      * a lot of different directions to move as a developer (but most of them are embedded-specific) * salary is similar to other outsourcing companies in Voronezh

      Cons

      * When I was working there, time tracking was really messy. * CEO visited the company only 1-2 times a year and had no clue what's happening in the office (he was surprised about a lack of ventilation there) * Grey salary (at least in 2016) * HW policies were super strict: it's much easier to buy a second monitor or chair by yourself than argue with management. Second monitor provision may take up to a year, as it needs to be planned in the next year budget. Default chairs were the cheapest possible ones.

      Pros

      - Outsource, so you get to write new software instead of maintaining old some - Company is not so large, so you can grow quick if you play your cards right - Great peers whom you can learn very much from - Very flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Your potential growth depends drastically on whom you'll get as a lead engineer and on what project you get to start off - Since the company is about medium size you can find yourself learning completely new stack regulary because there's no project for you technology. That's actually is a good and a bad thing at the same time.
