Pros

Money is very good. Pay better than most companies. Hard to leave for that reason. If money is your motivation then get yourself a job at DSV.

Cons

It's a gravy train for Danish with no experience. Too easy for them to get high positions. Then they bring the wives and girlfriends.

Pros

Big company in supply chain management

Cons

1. Poor team management, with a lack of transparency and communication. 2. Lack of learning opportunities and career development support. No emphasis on personal development. 3. Unrealistic KPI expectations. 4. Double standards set by the supervisors. Only the supervisors are allowed to have a hybrid working option. 5. Inconsiderate to staff's needs. Micromanage the team without any flexibility.
