I worked at DW Sports full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Free gym membership and that's it.

    Cons

I was at DW for 5 years making my way up to management, very little training, all they care about is new member sales. They should concentrate on getting there existing members to stay then they wouldn't need such ludicrous targets. Senior management is extremely rude and offers no support. Pay is really poor for managers and all staff. Please do not work here.

    Advice to Management

Mainly fitness first staff at head office making the decisions now, which is good. But they only see what they want to see and not how rotten the company is at its core.
