      The most amazing company

      Pros

I have worked at two Fortune 500 companies prior to this, and can honestly say that Danone walks the talk. Values driven, human centric, empowering, challenging, and supportive. While we have our challenges and nothing is perfect, I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely love my time here and impact I can have.

      Cons

Like most organizations, we struggle with prioritization. There are ways to overcome this yourself, so I will do my part to prioritize for myself!

      Terrible Leadership and Execution

      Pros

They have flexible time off, so you can almost take as much time off as you want, as long as it is approved. Kicker there being it must be approved by your Manager. Maternity/Paternity leave. Holidays and being flexible around these times. The Company values, vision, and mission are inspiring.

      Cons

Merit increases are the worst I have ever seen. If you go above and beyond your duties, which is very hard to do here, you will be lucky to get a 2% increase. Lack of advanced systems; everything is excel based. Lack of job training and direction. Their employee surveys show this, but they still have made no changes to correct or improve upon this. Instead, they re-word their small group discussions to make it sound like everything is okay. Leadership direction and execution is going in the wrong direction. This company over complicates everything and makes it two times more difficult. Managers are not competent and their boss, leadership, and HR do nothing about it.

Poor Leadership Team- so don't anticipate any changes

      22 Apr 2021 - Supply Chain

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Products are mostly healthy. Some good people left, but most of the strong leaders are gone

      Cons

Leadership team is poor, as reflected by survey's and 360 feedback. HR enables. Org is very siloed and difficult to get anything accomplished. Very low moral creating a burnt out organization. Post reorganization, there are more layers at the top and less workers. Expecting more work out of less workers.
