    Pros

    Organise own diary Some team members are lovely

    Cons

    Poor wages Promised benefits that you dont get Wages dont increase- on same as new starts even though got 5yrs+ experience Lots of unpaid overtime (for the good of the service apparently!) Excouraged to speak up- but only if its something positive..

    Company feels human overall, despite its size. Emphasis put on other objectives than purely economic (social, environment)

    Cons

    Over the last years, the "social objectives" have started to feel like a thin coat of varnish rather than a decision making consideration. Not great salaries in the UK
