Not a great deal of pros at Danwood, although they do provide good in-house training for service engineers. Always got paid on time.
Cons
There are many cons working at Danwood, I have to be honest there seems to be a big lack of communication between the management within the company. The reputation of the company is not good within the industry. Extremely low moral among service engineers. Customer base shrinking, & engineers areas getting bigger & bigger.
