    Pros

Happy to work here, friendly people always ready to help. Pleased with working hours (8:30-5:00pm) bank holidays off. Busy days time is going quickly witch is a good thing.

    Cons

More internal training need to be provided. Pointless to keep office open in Christmas time as is very quiet. Compensation & benefits will be nice to see them.

    Pros

    - Hours are good (8.30-5) -There is lots of work to do be done i.e Big deals/ busy inbox is far more interesting than a quiet day! -Good regular feedback from Management -Regular meetings/ reviews of work performance- Good they're paying attention to the people they employ. -Look after their staff, especially when personal issues there is a lot of support within our department.

    Cons

-Building we work in is very dark, not much natural sunlight- Should be a warmer atmosphere (Literally cause the air con is always on) Makes me feel lethargic, need more plants (real ones!). -Not enough action taken for recognition such as big deal/busy months where the team works extra hard to meet bigger goals- Feel like more rewards from senior Management (i.e Dinner out for our department, a good way for the team to bond as well.) -Absolutely pointless working through the Christmas holidays when none of Sales are in and there's nothing to be done- Would rather the office be closed for the entire week as no business flows through in between.
