    Pros

    Finish time and heading home.

    Cons

Working as field copier engineer for 7 years here are my thoughts.Continually under pressure to achieve calls per day, first time fix etc.Lack of product training,Felt I was never not trusted.Fellow engineers morale low.Unable to keep an update of car/stock parts due to the number of maufacturers I looked after (8 at one point).A totally local poor sevice management team. One in an ivory tower the other hopeless at man management.Company has there fingers in too many pies as far as manufacturers are concerned.A sinking ship.
