Was a good company when I joined..sold the dream of a progressive company and going places. .load of tosh..

What is going on with Danwood? Initially stop the leaking of accounts. ..Now ridiculous targets no one is hitting. .so no commission in sight. . So much pressure on the sales force. . Are they just clearing the way for a smooth take over by pressuring the staff to leave and not having to pay redundancy packages? Well I'm not going. .waiting for the knight in shinning armour to ride in.

the only pro is that there are some good people there still, but slowly losing them all. the only reason I have given 2 stars is because of the people

Distinct lack of creativity and vision. The board only care about trying to retain as much value as possible in the business, before it is sold. Been totally incapable of retaining good staff and growing the business. Losing more customers than it is winning on a daily basis. The sooner the place sells, the better for all (including the industry). Whoever eventually buys this, will likely regret.
