    Too far gone... please sell!

    Pros

Must be on the verge of either collapse or being sold, therefore the senior level of bloodsuckers will soon be realised for their bullying incompetence and hopefully removed, perhaps a new owner with a strategy and an interest in the business and staff... Oh and theres a car park...

    Cons

Senior management that don't understand the industry, have no strategy, openly lie, mistake bullying as leadership, believe spreadsheets and accountants will grow the business, make redundancies when not enough people are leaving, I could spend all day on this subject...

    Just don't do it

    Pros

The 'normal' people are fine, i.e. The workers. Be very wary of anyone else! Erm the coffee isn't too bad in the cec.

    Cons

Just about everything. Sales are treated like gods, the senior management team constantly push customers to take delivery of kit early so they can get money. The ship is sinking regardless of what they might tell you. I cannot stress enough that the people in the ivory tower will hang you out to dry if you dare to complain. Sadly I'm still working in the depths of hell, until I get my 'bonus' then I'm off, as will be lots of other people! Most staff have left or are leaving, never to be replaced. You are expected to cover their work by working harder. The company sells copiers (badly, most of the time we can't get them into the business!!) as for a forward thing company offering the work place of the future.......ha, that is a joke! If you want a career then try something else you won't get a sniff of a promotion here!
