      Good and nice working environment

      Cons

      Extremely difficult resignation process. Management refused to acknowledge or accept my formal resignation papers, forcing me to follow up multiple times just to exit the company. Additionally, there is a lack of financial growth; salary hikes are non-existent, and the company lacks transparency regarding career progression
