What pros? The only pro I see is that I was blessed to be able to walk out while still keeping my dignity in tact.

The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to pick one, The last good rating here I wouldn't put past it being the devil himself or he paid someone to post it. He's that type of person. There is nothng good to say about him or his company. He's all about himself and making money for himself. His saying is "you eat what you kill" (really??) and believe me, he will do just that even at the expense of ANY employee. He says it's a family business and even his own family has turned on him. I have seen it firsthand. There are no policies in play, so anything goes. He changes them as he feels. The list is endless.....so please don't work here and don't let him represent you as a candidate.

Freedom to do things your own way, David is a great guy who gives people opportunities to succeed and prove your own worth. I knew nothing about recruiting when I came here and now I have the confidence to get a job at almost any company with the skill set I have developed at Davd Gomez and Associates. There is no micro-managing, you have a task and a deadline and are expected to get it done. We are building a great team right now and I enjoy coming to work everyday.

The recruiting business has its highs and lows but every recruiting firm has that problem.

The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Because the company is family owned and operated, it feels like you are with family when you are at work. I was always treated with respect. This is a GREAT Company to work for!!!

If you have any integrity and self respect, DO NOT WORK HERE!!! This is the most dysfunctional, abusive, inappropriate company to work for, if you call it a company. I have NEVER been treated like this ever in my life! The CEO has a HUGE ego and is extremely inappropriate and abusive! If you want to gamble with getting a paycheck, do not work here!!!

No pros anymore, considering the only good thing about that company was the employees that were there about five years ago. Who by now, have all realized how awful this company is and left for bigger and better things.

None, total garbage environment.

Will you scare tactics to try and "motivate" you. CEO & his son have no idea what they are doing. The pay is garbage compared to our executive search firms or staffing firms. They offer a bonus, but because the organization is doing poor and few positions are coming in, you'll never have a chance to make a bonus. If you don't work out, talk about God, in the office at 6am leaving at 6pm, like the presidential nomination - you'll never succeed.
