      They have a free beer fridge and the managers don't notice if you don't turn up.

      They lie, cheat and don't value their staff.

      Some good colleagues. Work Life balance. Interesting product.

      Cons

      Somente terrible colleagues with a huge lack of soft skills. Overconfidence. Management is changing priorities all the time and lack focus. No long term plans. A lot of conflicts among people that impacts team and individual performance. Management only shows up to explain Hard decisions that were taken.
