Stay Away!!!!

Pros

There are no good reasons to apply and even fewer to stay.

Cons

Staff shows up when they want to and do whatever they want. They are not disciplined for policy violations. Unlicensed and untrained administrative staff try to immerse themselves in nursing. Horrible culture.

Human Services Clinician

Pros

Clinicians who have provisional licenses have the opportunity to obtain "free" clinical supervision. Daymark provides free classes to its employees.

Cons

The salary is definitely a con. Fully licensed clinicians only make $38,000 a year. Also, there is no designated time for clinicians to take lunch. Clinicians are often forced to skip lunch or to eat at their desks. Finally, the training is minimal and clinicians are often thrown to the wolves before they are properly trained.
