      Pros

      They had some nice perks like paying every week and a gas card. Each Super was given a company credit and home depot card so you could get what you needed for the job. The new hire orientation was nice I really felt welcomed. Unfortunatly it all went down hill from there.

      Cons

      There was a serious lack of leadership from upper management. New employees felt like they were on an island. It felt like I was on the show Amazing Race and was trying to find clues for what the company processes were. They use out dated tracking software which wastes a lot of time and makes everyone counter productive. Roles and responsibilities were never clearly defined so it became an "every man for himself" kind of environment.

      Pros

      I knew my job and I did it well. The support staff were my favorite!! They did their best to keep things light, and when they couldn't they saw the humor in it all and poked fun to make the hard times easier to get through. They are the backbone of this company. From the receptionist, to HR, to accounting, to marketing, to the PA's & PE's, even some of the PM's, and a top level Manager I think meant well.

      Cons

      Good Old Boy Environment. Egos often get in the way of progress, both inside and outside the company. Lack of communication. Not a lot of opportunity for growth if you're a woman. Double standards. High turnover. Although the Culture & Values are great on paper, they are often selectively executed.

      Pros

      Some quality people. Now I'm just typing words to meet the 20 word minimum. Sorry - just can't find good quality senior managers there

      Cons

      Worst run company out there. If Steve Deacon were still in charge it could be good. They have the highest turnover rate in the industry. Look and judge for yourself
