This job does not require any skills; even someone who only completed elementary school can do it. The collaboration among team members is quite pleasant

Cons

The management's skills are extremely poor; they have no idea what management entails, they engage in micromanagement, are control freaks, lack communication skills, and have almost no ability to help you improve yourself. The salary is pitifully low, extremely low. The number of vacation days is extremely limited, basically at the bare minimum. No room for promotion. The workload is huge and the pressure is very high

Not recommended at all. The culture is the senior management's time is time, but your time is unimportant, and they can easily send you to do all kinds of useless tasks.
