      Supportive coworkers, but disorganized management creates stress

      Nice acw, helpful coworkers, occasional time off the phones

      Cons

      Management sucks, they don’t answer your questions and tell you to use your resources and AI which is not always reliable. Super stressful every day you have no idea what issues you were going to run into and you are too scared to ask questions because management might get angry which causes more mistakes. Super disorganized, the internal databases are not updated and the AI resources aren’t always accurate

      If you are a seasoned insurance professional and value your insurance license, do yourself a favor and steer clear. They don't follow the rules. Also, they just had an information breech. This is not a company that rewards on skill or merit. They take care of their inner circle of friends. The senior leadership and all of middle management is one big click. Constant terminations, layoffs and lies. They are very dishonest and play a lot of games. It wouldn't surprise if they get investigated.
