Pros

if you have no job, and need A job, I suppose it pays you money for a short period of time. Though your hard worked accounts will end up with DL and not with you as they continually liquidate the sales force.

Cons

The only sale going on here is what they sell to get you to work here. They pitch it as a growing startup environment where they're building a team for long term growth. They promise that they will train you and are building a great team environment around honesty and integrity. Nothing is further from the truth. Once working there, you sense the uneasiness in the room from day 1. You are constantly given mixed messages from "management" and the owner. The owner, Carl Fredricks, shows up to work about once a week at the most, canceled over 80% of scheduled trainings - and then fires people on a whim. Same day firings based on 0 knowledge to rattle the sales floor to produce results? There longest employee of 2 months just quit, and no one else has been there over a month. It's a 3 month sales cycle where you're given a month to produce. Worse, you're told you're doing great the entire way through. Carl, the CEO directly stated "I have never been wrong" and deferred the hiring process to other management and upon firing used the excuse "well I wasn't part of the hiring process" - doesn't know who told you what.

Pros

Nice building and nice clients to work with. A large selection of food in the area.

Cons

The 5 star review is written by management. All money goes to management while they underpay their employees. They expect a lot out of their workers but are not willing to pay them what they deserve. If you do not reach their expectations within 1 or 2 months, you will get fired. Senior management is also two faced. They will suck you dry and be nice to you until you have nothing else to offer. They cannot keep anyone they hire. Do not work for these sociopaths.

Pros

Listen to music while working, work close to a good sushi restaurant.

Cons

Terrible pay, micro-managed, clocking in and out, low employee moral, new products and new ideas never come to fruition, management makes rash decisions, employee retention rate is at 0%, no opportunity for advancement, management has no loyalty to employees.
