Salaries are way below than average, maybe the worst in the city.

Work start and end times are very strict, one of my friends got humiliated by that 60% of employees in front of all employees just because they are late for 5 minutes.
Not a corporate company at all, very likely that you may encounter disgusting stuff on your company mail such as mucus picture that taken by those 60% employees and shared with all the employees with a threat.
Just because of the low salary policy, there are lots of resignations and hires, and 95% of hires from new graduates, because experienced people don't want to work here.

Lots of people resigned because of the up to 15 hours of overtime. Due to unsuccesful mid-level managers, many project are being done with huge overtimes. Since projects have limited resources(employees who work for low salary) people are yelling and crying in the meetings. Things got out of control. I do not recommend at all.
