Pros

Unfortunately, there are no pros yet.

Cons

Company has a very strict low salary policy. Because of that almost every new joiner is new graduated. You can think the company as 5th class of university. In order to persuade employees to accept low salary, CEO said "Money is not important!". It was such a ridiculous joke. While CEO claims money is not important, manager sees company as "slavery" 4241014 I really wonder what they can offer to employees while they don't even believe in themselves...

Pros

They got good internet connection.

Cons

Salaries are way below than average, maybe the worst in the city. Technologies that are being used in the projects are way old. 60% of employees in the company have team lead or higher role. Looks like they have promoted as a favor. Most of the people' job description is asking other employees how it is going. I haven't heard such a role before. Work start and end times are very strict, one of my friends got humiliated by that 60% of employees in front of all employees just because they are late for 5 minutes. Not a corporate company at all, very likely that you may encounter disgusting stuff on your company mail such as mucus picture that taken by those 60% employees and shared with all the employees with a threat. Just because of the low salary policy, there are lots of resignations and hires, and 95% of hires from new graduates, because experienced people don't want to work here. Many people got fired for no reason while I was working. A few HR resigned. There is a delay in salary payments. Lots of people resigned because of the up to 15 hours of overtime. Due to unsuccesful mid-level managers, many project are being done with huge overtimes. Since projects have limited resources(employees who work for low salary) people are yelling and crying in the meetings. Things got out of control. I do not recommend at all.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate you letting us know what you experienced as a former employee in regards to decision making and way of working and please also note that as DefineX leadership, we take these concerns very seriously. I had some time to explore and investigate the above and needless to say, if you had beared with us during our time of forming and growth phases as we have evolved into a totally new company with a new storyline, I believe that our whole company has already started feeling the positive impact. We "live" our values every day and "execute" as one DefineX unified by collaboration and commitment to excellence. DFXers are driven by excellence and bring their "A" game every day -- 40% of DFXers are developers and analysts whom we are deeply proud of and rely on transforming and revolutionizing our workplace. We also make conscious decisions on a periodical basis to make any adjustments to our compensation and benefits packages which after doing extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other employers in the area as well as our industry, we find that our compensation and benefits, while not above average, are fair. I’d be happy to discuss any other feedback you may have. Please email me at dilge.dogan@teamdefinex.com. Sincerely, Dilge Dogan Head of People, DefineX
