      Pros

      The dept. itself seemed like a group of excellent designers and also had the magic quality of competency and lack of ego which permeates this field.

      Cons

      Predatory and poor compensation. There is no clear logic to their salary offer and despite having a large presence in ABQ, they don’t seem to have any idea about the cost of living re real estate.

      Company culture is great. People are willing to help - this is a great firm to get your bearings in the industry.
