• Extremely unprofessional and abrupt exit process • Was asked to leave immediately upon stating intent to resign, without being allowed to formally submit resignation • Company assets were taken without any acknowledgment • No clarity or communication regarding full and final settlement, relieving letter, or experience letter even after repeated follow-ups • WhatsApp messages and emails were ignored after exit • Creates ambiguity around employment records by trying to frame exits as termination. • Poor HR accountability and no structured offboarding process
